We ship worldwide.

2. Delivery Time
3–8 business days on average (customs/remote areas may take longer).

3. Processing
Orders handled within 1–3 business days after payment.
No processing on weekends or holidays.

4. Tracking
Tracking number and carrier info sent by email once dispatched.

5. Customs/Duties
Customers are responsible for local duties/taxes.

6. Failed Deliveries
Incorrect/incomplete addresses that cause returns require reshipping fees.

7. Delays
T Store is not responsible for customs or carrier delays.

At T Shop, refunds are issued as store credit (digital gift card).

1. Refund Method
Refunds = non-expiring digital gift card.
No cash, bank, or card refunds.

2. Timeline
Store credit issued within 7 business days after inspection of returned item.

3. Not Eligible
Items outside the 7-day return window
Items not in returnable condition
Shipping fees & taxes

4. Gift Cards
Credits do not expire and can be used on any future order.

5. Damaged/Incorrect Items
Contact us within 7 days if your order is defective or incorrect.
